Shipping And Returns

 

SHIPPING

NAHANNIARNTZEN.COM and NAHANNIREFORESTATION.COM uses USPS for all domestic delivery within the United States and International shipping.

Orders placed on the weekend, including a holiday Friday or Monday will be shipped the next business day, (excluding MADE TO ORDER items). Any issue with address or payment verification could result in delayed shipping and we are unable to reroute packages once in transit so please double check your address.

We offer free shipping to the Continental USA.

MADE TO ORDER items will be shipped within 2 weeks of purchase date.

Returns must be received back in our studio within 14 days of shipping date (domestic) and 21days (international). 

Books are final sale.

Sale items are final sale, unless there is a size change and then we will see what we can do.

International shipping is a flat rate of $20.00. International return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Prices displayed on our site are US dollars.

Once your order is shipped we will notify you with a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

Order deliveries will depend on how far you live in approximation to our studio in Portland, OR, expect anywhere from 2-7 days for domestic, longer for international. If this is a rush order contact us at hello@nahanniarntzen.com to make special shipping arrangements. Customers will be responsible for the cost of any rush deliveries using FedEx or UPS overnight services.

International shipments arrivals vary depending on country and customs. NAHANNIARNTZEN.COM and NAHANNIREFORESTATION.COM cannot be held responsible for international shipments that are held in customs. 

Orders will include insurance for the order. All claims of lost or damaged items will be the responsibility of the customer.

IF YOU ARE IN Portland, OR, or expect to be, please feel free to visit our studio, try on and purchase direct! Email hello@nahanniarntzen.com to arrange for a time and address. Hours are generally between 9am and 3pm PST Monday- Friday. We can take cash or credit cards on site.

 

RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our limited availability and our small operation:

We accept returns and exchanges of in stock items within 14 days (domestic) and 21 days (international) of shipping date, for unworn and unwashed merchandise with original tags attached.

If item is listed as MADE TO ORDER, it needs to be received back to the studio within  14 days of shipping date.

 Full price items will be refunded to the original payment method. Your account will be credited within 5 days of receiving your return. If you have any questions, please email us before purchasing.

Sale items are FINAL SALE, unless there is a size change and then we will exchange if there is an available size.. Don't hesitate to ask questions before you buy. 

 

TO MAKE YOUR RETURN

E-mail us at hello@nahanniarntzen.com within 3 days upon receipt of order with the reason for return or exchange. 

Goods must be received back to our studio in Portland,OR within 14 days of shipping date, and be returned unworn and in perfect condition.  We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

Exchange orders will be shipped out upon receiving your return, and any difference of price will be adjusted to your original payment method. Tracking confirmation will be emailed once your exchange order ships from our studio.
