Nahanni Arntzen collection is inspired, in part, by a family history of music, sailing and treeplanting.

This collection is designed and made in Washington State. It is a combination of one-of-a-kind, made-to-order and small in-stock batches. Our priority is well made, purposeful garments constructed with minimal waste, sustainable materials and equitable practices.

Nahanni was born in a treeplanting camp in remote British Columbia to a family of artists and musicians who found their way into reforestation work in the 70's and 80's. Photos and prints from this era are by her father Daniel James during his time running Nahanni Reforestation, his planting company.

Her background includes, metal and wood build/design work, textiles and film, as well as continued work in archiving family stories.
